Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical sales skills, be proficient in using Salesforce, and have a passion for business development. This position requires a proactive approach to telemarketing and warm calling to generate leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through warm calling and telemarketing efforts to introduce our products and services.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for business development and market expansion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in technical sales.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully.
  • Experience in business development and understanding of market dynamics is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning new software tools and adapting to changing environments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere.

Pay: $79,839.00 - $96,858.00 per year
