Responsibilities:
- You will recruit 2 qualified franchisees per month
- You will conduct pre-qualification and 1st interview of candidates and complete all other processes leading to successful recruitment of a Freshslice franchisee.
- You will Develop a Business Plan, setting & implementing growth targets for the next 10 years.
- You will establish an office in your province/state.
- You will attend all franchise shows or conventions in local area and other parts of the country to promote Freshslice brand and process all qualified leads.
- You will research and promote Freshslice in major platforms like the Chamber of Commerce, other franchise lead generation and broker platforms.
- Oversee restaurant operations after opening.
Requirements:
- Must have lived in current province/state for 1+ years.
- Minimum 1 year of Franchise experience particularly in recruitment of franchisees, interviewing and training franchisees.
Bonuses:
- Annual Performance Bonus
- If you introduce someone & they end up buying full Area, State or Province as a Master Franchisee, you earn a $50,000 referral bonus.
- If you introduce someone & they end up buying full single store Franchise, you earn a $10,000 referral bonus.
- If you introduce someone & they end up getting Hired on our payroll as Director of Franchise Sales, you earn $5,000 referral bonus. They will get 100K Salary + 100K+ Bonus. They must be full time, exclusive & live the area.
- You will receive a $1,000 bonus for each successful location you find.

- Fully Remote until office opened in your province/state

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
