Position: Account Manager, Physical Brand Experience

We’re looking for an Account Manager, Physical Brand Experience, who will be responsible for managing complex marketing projects including campaign management until completion and coordinating creative services when required, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining provisions for project progress and arranging for documentation based on client/internal SME recommendations.
- Flow of information: act as a bridge between the client project owner and the internal DCM team ensuring effective communication regarding project details, moving projects from concept to execution, engaging directly with clients daily.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and communicating with them about the campaign progress and results.
- Manage estimating, quoting, proofing, location database management, kitting and distribution, maintain specification and digital asset databases, through billing leveraging internal partners for multilayer complex projects.
- Deep understanding of client’s brands and locations attribute complexities to provide recommendations on collateral and in store theatre opportunities or facilitate creative design work requirements.
- On site travel – site verification and client meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years’ experience in print marketing campaign management
- Trade Certification/1-2 years College Diploma
- Problem-Solving – strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges and obstacles.
- Communication – strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical Thinking – ability to think critically and make informed decisions that best represent the client and DCM
- Project Management Fundamentals – understanding basic project management principles and methodologies
- Account Management – Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
