Our Sales Executives have their calendars filled daily with high-quality demos and are responsible for performing excellent demos to prospects and closing those deals.  * Our Sales Executives do not perform any prospecting! * We utilize the latest and greatest technology stack to provide you with the tools needed to succeed such as Salesforce,, SalesLoft, Slack, Zoom, and more!  * We have a sales-focused culture that celebrates our accomplishments, whether it’s booked meetings or closed deals - this role will play a key role in continuing the culture we are so proud of. Key Responsibilities: * Attract, hire, train and retain top talent * Provide coaching to increase the efficiency and overall revenue per rep * Provide deal support on key opportunities * Hold weekly meetings with your team to review progress and strategize * Work with individuals to keep cohort win rate above 40% * Perform regular analysis on the funnel to ensure deals are moving forward * Enforce the SiteDocs sales process and procedures * Present results to leadership Qualifications & Experience: * Experience with SaaS is a big asset * Previous experience in a high-growth company managing people * The ability to inspire and motivate your team * Excellent emotional intelligence, presentation, and communication skills * Experience creating urgency and educating on a value proposition * Familiar with being accountable to targets * Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft or similar is an asset * Be fanatical about our mission, values, and goals
