Pace Group, Inc. is one of the country’s leading specialty promotions companies selling in national well-known high-volume retail and special events throughout the US and Canada.

We are looking for outgoing, charismatic, and energetic individuals for immediate hire to join our brand ambassador/sales teams. If you enjoy marketing and selling new and exciting products, brands, and services to excited customers, this is for you!

We have an exciting new personal hdration drink called Vitapod being launched and we need energetic and personable people to promote and sell this item in club stores initially.

What we do

Pace Group performs specialty brand sales and marketing through live demonstrations. We have a large portfolio of products spanning multiple categories. Our specialized marketing and sales team run in-store events in the club stores such as Costco, Sam's Clubs, BJ's Wholesale and in large promotional special events such as NASCAR Races, Rodeo's, Health and Beauty Events, Fairs, Home, and Garden and Christmas Shows focusing on promoting exciting new brands and products.

This position requires no telemarketing, no cold calling, no residential canvassing, no "start-up fees" or financial investment. This IS NOT a multi-level marketing opportunity. This is a bonified high-paying sales/brand ambassador position.

-Deliver the best possible customer experience that reflects our brands and retail partners' standards and company values and sales revenue goals

-Demonstrate professionalism and reliability

-Achieve weekly revenue goals by providing product knowledge information to customers, serve as subject matter expert

-Be fun, engaging, and charismatic

-Have and entrepreneurial attitude

-Want to create a better life for yourself and your family

-Reliable transportation to travel up to 40 miles to our retail partners and transport sales promotional items, displays, signage (Cannot be Rideshare)

-Ability to work retail hours and some holidays punctually and reliably

-Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

-Strong desire to succeed

-Exceptional communication and customer service skills

-Ability to stand for extended periods of time in a retail store or sales event

-Ability to work in a fast-paced but fun sales environment

-Must have a “smart” cell phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
