As an entry-level Telecommunications Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and expanding our clients’ customer bases. Your key responsibilities will include:

Engage directly with potential, former, and current customers to introduce our clients’ product and service offerings
Manage and oversee individual client accounts, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and proactive resolution of any issues or concerns
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction
Assess customer needs and present appropriate solutions to meet their specific requirements
Execute the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and customers alike
Collaborate with Management and fellow entry-level Telecommunications Sales Representatives to provide valuable insights into customer preferences and market trends
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives

Entry-Level Telecommunications Sales Representative Skills:

Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, Telecommunications or a related field is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation to our Virginia Beach location and the ability to meet directly with our clients
