Job Title: Regional Sales Representative (Mexico, TX, AR, LA, OK)
Location: Houston TX 100% remote with travel
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales representative to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and building lasting relationships with clients. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with current/prospective clients, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, trade show, email campaigns, CRM Tools and social media.
Cultivate and close leads given to sales representative from Client.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, effectively managing the sales process from initial contact to closing.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
Present and demonstrate Clients products/services to prospective clients, effectively articulating value propositions and addressing objections.
Collaborate closely with the engineering, lab and service team to develop the most effective cleaning process for your customer.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
