Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Services Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a unique CMS approved 90-day in-home, remote cardiac and pulmonary recovery program to patients of home healthcare aegncies with the approval and assistance of the agency. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

(Note: a Home Healthcare agency is a clinical medical service provided primarily to patients recently released from hospitals, usually visiting patients twice a week for about 45 minutes, as opposed to non-clinical home care agencies that provide daily non-medical services, such as cleaning, housekeeping, etc., for several hours each day.)

Responsibilities

  • With us, identify and target new sales opportunities within the home healthcare industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with these healthcare professionals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop sales strategies
  • Provide ongoing support to customers and address any inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Utilize HubSpot to track sales activities and maintain customer records

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical sales, account management, and outside sales
  • Professional appearance, speech, and demeanor
  • Working knowledge of Home Healthcare Industry a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market
  • Excellent negotiation and business development skills
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Familiarity HubSpot is preferred
  • You need to live in the Annapolis area for training and occasional in-office meetings, however, the job can be performed remotely

One more thing: the program also provides very substantial additional bottom line income to the home healthcare agency with no additional work on their part, so once they learn about the benefits, they are eager to come onboard.

We are looking for a sales professional who is GREAT at doing live online demos and prefers to work from home. He/she will use our very professional PowerPoint demo and videos to explain our program to an executive(s)/owner(s) of the home healthcare agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
