We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager specializing in outside sales for construction services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients. Your main focus will be on providing tailored solutions for clients' construction needs, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. You will identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to understand client requirements, offer effective solutions, and drive sales will be key to your success in this role.

Construction Sales Representative Requirements
- Superior communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service.
- Proven leadership abilities with a knack for managing projects and coordinating teams effectively.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring a polished presentation and professional appearance.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in estimating work and time needed to complete various construction projects.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
Construction Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a clear understanding of their construction needs.
- Bidding: Accurately bid on projects, providing competitive and detailed proposals.
- Invoicing Review: Ensure all invoicing is accurate and reflective of the work completed.
- Contract & Contract Renewals: Manage contracts and oversee renewals to maintain client satisfaction and project continuity.
- Site Inspections & Reports: Conduct thorough site inspections to identify client needs and provide recommendations.
- Project Maps & Plans: Develop and maintain detailed project maps and plans for clear communication and efficient execution.
- Upsells: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, expanding the scope of existing projects.
- Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities within the construction industry.
Project Oversight: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
