About the Position:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to play a key role in shaping our company’s growth strategies. This position involves managing our social media presence, conducting comprehensive market research, maintaining key customer contracts and the Master Price List, and optimizing our CRM system. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, driving data-driven decisions that enhance our sales and marketing efforts.

Essential Job Functions

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven social media campaigns to boost brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to uncover trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis, providing strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Contract & Pricing Management: Maintain and optimize customer contracts and the Master Price List, ensuring they align with business objectives and market conditions.
  • CRM Optimization: Take charge of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging insights to enhance customer relationship management and sales processes.
  • Digital Outreach & Lead Generation: Design and implement targeted digital outreach campaigns aimed at attracting potential customers and driving high-quality leads.
  • Facilitate Partner and Mobility billing and reconciliation.
  • Strategic Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales performance, offering insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and contribute to the company’s growth goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize sales and marketing operations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the sales and marketing functions.

Minimum Education, Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, marketing strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools; strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check process in compliance with federal and regulatory guidelines
  • Valid means of identification (some positions may require a valid Driver’s License)
  • Ability to read, legibly write, and speak English as required for safe and efficient operations
  • Ability to work in a rotational shift environment
  • Ability to work safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and federal, state, and local standards
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and federal, state, and local standards
