Job Description
Ed Martin Nissan of Indianapolis is looking for a bilingual business development representative to handle inbound internet processes such as follow up, appointment setting and more. This position includes a base hourly salary plus performance based bonuses! This person would be responsible for assisting Spanish speaking guests throughout the sales cycle. Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates and videos.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
- Report directly to the Internet Sales Manager in conjunction with other sales managers.

- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
