We offer both maintenance and installation services to our clients. Our team works closely with each client to assess their needs and develop a customized maintenance program. For projects involving design work, our qualified designers create functional and innovative designs. We take pride in ensuring client satisfaction.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape Sales professional at Tommy Pollina Landscape Company. The Landscape Sales professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as meeting with clients, assessing their needs, providing recommendations, preparing proposals, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping skills
  • Gardening and Irrigation knowledge
  • Landscape Design experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to assess client needs and provide recommendations
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping materials
  • Prior experience in landscape sales or related field
  • Valid driver's license

Don't have a huge amount of landscaping experience? That's ok we're looking for the goal oriented sales individual, who is driven and wants to learn and to win. We believe if you have the will you can teach the skill. This is a year round position that will include a base salary of 50-60k large percentage of sales commissions paid, paid holidays, car allowance, health insurance, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
