Responsibilities


Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs.

Insurance Solutions: Provide customers with customized information and options for various insurance products.

Sales: Drive sales by identifying customer requirements and recommending appropriate insurance policies.

Training: Partake in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable of state regulations and industry standards.



Requirements


Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a Michigan State Insurance License.

Experience: Prior experience not required but experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Customer-Centric: A committed orientation towards consumer needs and providing tailored service solutions.

Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and effectively manage leads.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying client needs and creating customized insurance plans.
