We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our team of Sales Representatives. This role is responsible for overseeing sales strategy, growth, and performance in the personal safety and rescue division. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a proven background in sales management and a deep understanding of the emergency services market is preferred but not required.
Essential Duties:
- Develop sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve the customer experience
- Oversee Sales Representatives and their professional development while also helping them resolve customer concerns or issues
- Maintain and nurture existing key or strategic customer relationships to ensure those customers are satisfied with the level of sales, service and support they receive from us in order to retain/grow our business
- Increase customer engagement, interactions, and transactions within the assigned region Area of Responsibility.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts leveraging our CRM system tool, the 5-4-3-2-1 Sales Process and Fleet data for each Sales Representative and for the region
- Advise and make recommendations with respect to regional trends, competitive strategies and support required

- Expert knowledge of all key operating systems to include critical vendor applications and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

- Accountability for the Branch’s Parts and Service financial performance and statements with advanced understanding of financial definitions: GP, OpEx, OpInc & EBITDA
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages.
- Understanding of interdepartmental relationships and can lead outcomes across departments
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years Sales Management experience or 5 years Industry related experience
- 2-year degree in related field
- Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, organizational and attention to detail
- Proficient usage of MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Working knowledge of CRM & CDK
- This role is deemed safety-sensitive and will be subject to a drug test as a pre-employment requirement.
Desirable Qualifications:
- BS in Business or related field
- Knowledge of the emergency equipment sector
ADA Requirements:
- Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer
- Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about regularly
- Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 40 lbs occasionally, >20 lbs frequently
- Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
- Travel by air or car frequently
