Job Description
Tucker-Kirby Co. has been providing concrete and masonry supplies and equipment to North and South Carolina and the surrounding areas for over 100 years. We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Associate for our Columbia, SC location. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting with establishing and maintaining customer relationships, promptly and correctly entering orders, processing daily paperwork, assisting outside sales staff, effective time management and prioritization of tasks, and working to pull/load orders in warehouse when needed.
An ideal candidate would have previous inside sales experience (preferably in the building materials industry), a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to solve problems and think analytically, and be dependable, ethical, and honest.
Must be eligible to work in the US, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation to and from work daily.
Tucker-Kirby offers full health and dental insurance, along with overtime pay, commission, profit sharing, paid holidays, and yearly bonuses. Working hours are 7 AM to 5 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7 AM to 4 PM on Fridays.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
