Sales Bonus Structure:

3% Comission of all Sales for Zeds Beds and Isalnd Murphy Beds, plus milestone bonuses outlined below.

Zeds Beds Milestone Bonuses (per month)

$20k Sales $250 Bonus

$25k Sales $500 Bonus

$30k Sales $500 Bonus

$35k Sales $1,000 Bonus

$40k Sales $2,000 Bonus

$50k Sales $2,000 Bonus

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Reach out to prospective customers through various channels, including telemarketing and email campaigns
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or technical sales
- Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong business development skills
