Job Description

We are currently hiring for an entry-level position in the field of customer service, sales, and account management. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will join a team that offers strong growth potential, effective training, and the chance to make a real impact on your clients and organization. We are seeking motivated individuals with retail and customer service experience who love working with people, have a hunger for career advancement, and are ready to learn and excel in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

  • Sales - Focus on customer acquisition and new accounts
  • Build rapport with customers, clients, and team members to cultivate trust
  • Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver a high level of service to our business customers
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Become an expert with product and service knowledge to answer questions and handle objections successfully

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the sales or customer service fields preferred
  • A proven self-starter with positive energy and dedicated work ethics
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
