Dispositions Team to help us facilitate the marketing, negotiate, and sell real

Who are we looking for?
The Dispositions Manager is an individual who thrives on taking risks and facing challenges while maintaining a win-win, positive attitude. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving sales professional who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. The Dispositions Manager prospects for buyer leads daily (includes identifying and calling buyers and building relationships with realtors, to working leads that we provide from our acquisitions team), turns those leads into buyer walkthroughs, turns walkthroughs into offers to purchase agreements, and then provides high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategy and staging the home for sale.
He/She will then work in tandem with our Acquisitions Agents to sell the properties. He/She will evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed. Upon receiving an offer, the Dispositions Agent will negotiate the offer, write the sales contract, and oversee the deal through its close.
What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
- Market properties according to established procedures
- Continuous improvement of process and procedures
- Create new buyer contacts to develop and grow our existing buyers list
- Qualify buyers well so you’re not wasting your/our time on tire kickers
- Constant monitoring of available properties to stay abreast of comps and
the market
- Work with the entire team, utilizing tools and analytics to guide pricing
strategy to maximize profitable growth
- Develop strong business relationships with all buyers for maximum results
and revenue for the company
- Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a frequent basis
- Help to develop and implement strategies with the goal of maximizing
revenue
- Must be very tech-savvy. You will use several tools, Office Suite, and CRMs
in your line of work here. These must stay updated at all times so the entire team
has a full view of your activity and the property status. Nothing hard, and we will
train, but you need to have decent typing, grammar, spelling, and tech ability.
- Cold Call/Warm Call prospective investment buyers and qualify and convert
them to repeat buyers with us. NOT afraid of door-knocking neighbors for info and
other unconventional ways of seeking out the best highest-paying buyers
- Put out for sale signs to drive traffic in certain instances
- Social Media Marketing of our inventory - must be willing to take video and
photos, and be on camera as part of marketing the property
- A neat, clean, and professional appearance is required to look the part in
front of our clients!

Compensation:
This is a commision base position with NO CAP on how much you can make.
