A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to our customers over the phone and via email. The ideal candidate for this position is organized and detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities: in Customer Service
- Answer calls in a timely manner.
- Answer customer questions.
- Order processing; fast & accurate keyboarding with attention to detail
- Assist customers with a variety of questions via phone and email.
- Assist customers with tracking order.
- Assist customers with Quotes
- Resolve problems with customer orders.
- Provide product information.
- Coordinate with other departments where necessary
- Interact with our customers directly building rapport and strengthening relationships
Responsibilities: in Website/Graphics
- Website
- Manage content
- Product photos: create & edit
- Proactively identify areas for continued improvement regarding customer website experience.
- Graphics
- Create proofs in Illustrator for print orders
- Create sales flyers for promotions, as needed
- Create and send email blasts to customers (future)
- Customer Service Support

Graphics Skills & Experience Required
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Photography
- Microsoft Excel with import / export ability
- Adobe InDesign
- *Sage 100 experience a plus
Work Environment:
This position requires the ability to work in a typical office environment, interfacing with computers, customers and staff. Since we are a small company of 25 therefore, we all wear many hats. This position is ideal for some one who likes to create, enjoys variety, and genuinely wants to help people.
A typical day will be 50/50 with CS & Webiste/Graphics. Customer Service is entering orders, answering phones, answering emails, solving issues. Website/Graphics will be updating the website, adding new products, creating needed brochures and flyers, proofing artwork for new print orders etc.
Job Type: Full-time Schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift

- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Minimal overtime as needed
