Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients in a B2B environment. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.
  • Manage existing client relationships while expanding the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote products and services.

Skills

  • Proven experience in inside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in technology or B2B sectors.
  • Strong understanding of territory management principles and business development techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of territory sales strategies and techniques that drive growth.
  • Bilingual candidates with Spanish language skills are highly desirable but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
