Business Development Representative

We are looking to add a talented individual to our Business Development Office. This is for a luxury store in Southern New Hampshire with a great culture and in growth mode.

The primary goal of our BDC and anyone on our internet team is to match the customer with the right car. Transparency and trust is at the heart of what we do and the principles we strive to live by. As a family-owned company, we believe in making the sales process as seamless and easy as possible for every customer. Rather than using a one-size-fits all approach, we try and tailor our process to the customer, as every single one has different needs, wants, and expectations.

The right candidate should possess excellent phone and computer / email skills. We offer aggressive compensation and a family atmosphere. This is a full-time position and compensation will be part hourly wage; part performance-based commission and includes benefits. Automotive experience is not required but recommended. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
