Located in the heart of Little Tokyo in Los Angeles, Cuddle Barn is a designer and manufacturer of animated plush gifts that sing, dance, and play! Pairing popular tunes with cutting-edge animation, our unique animated plush gifts bring joy and laughter to children and adults alike.

Since being founded in 2009, Cuddle Barn has continued to grow through the development and innovation of new products. In recent years, we have successfully launched a line of soft, trendy plushies under #PLUSHGOALS that everyone quickly fell in love with. We are looking for an outgoing, result-driven Account Executive with outstanding organizational and communication skills to build and maintain relations with our customers, while also being proactive in helping the company generate new leads. You will be reporting to the President to assist with various sales-related tasks.

It is important for someone in this role to be able to communicate confidently and effectively, understand our portfolio of products well, maintain organized notes and logs of information, follow up with customers in a timely manner, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings, sharing insights and feedback with internal teams.

· Thoroughly understand our company’s portfolio of items and their functions to be able to provide customers the best recommendations for their stores

· Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to provide an exceptional brand experience

· Regularly review customer accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products.

· Confidently initiate follow up and order closing phone calls to existing customers and incoming leads

· Communicate product updates and other relevant company news to ensure customers remain informed and engaged

· Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer’s needs and interests.

· Work collaboratively with cross-functional team such as marketing, customer service, product development on time-sensitive projects

· Attend trade shows a few times a year to generate new leads and grow customer base

· Possess the ability to qualify incoming leads and potential customers

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project progress to report to manager

· Address and provide solutions to resolve any client and business concerns

· Other related responsibilities as assigned.

COMPENSATION:
Salary + Commission

Required Skills

· Excellent written and communication skills

· Detail-oriented and has sense of urgency

· Confident, fearless, and pro-active attitude

· Fluency with Google Drive

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) programs

· Proficiency in Outlook is a must

· Ability to work well with multiple departments (marketing, sales, operations)

· 5+ Years Experience in Inside Sales

Preferred Skills

· Experience working in Consumer Goods Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
