Peerless Marketing is looking for a solution-focused Verizon Sales Representative to join our growing team in Englewood, Colorado. As a leading telecommunications sales agency, we are dedicated to adapting to market trends and consistently delivering cutting-edge customer service and sales solutions for our clientele and brand partnerships. As a Verizon Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and customer retention for Verizon's Home division by providing customized sales solutions designed to meet the customer’s needs.
In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with potential customers, showcase Verizon’s innovative products and services, and build lasting relationships. Your role will involve providing tailored recommendations, exceptional service, and expert knowledge to both new and existing customers. Additionally, you will track sales metrics, manage accounts, and generate new leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture assigned Verizon sales accounts, providing outstanding service and product support.
- Regularly engage with prospective customers to deliver compelling product presentations and address their needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for your sales leads, effectively handling inquiries and managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Build deep product knowledge to address customer questions and overcome objections with ease.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, team members, and partners to drive long-term trust.
- Process sales orders and handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate to the compliance department when necessary to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to connect with a variety of customers.
- Passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences and exceeding sales goals.
- Energetic, outgoing, and a team player who excels in building rapport and trust.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Exceptional presentation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
