Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Preferred Medical, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach in the market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering solutions that meet their needs. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of injured persons.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Workers' Compensation medical cost containment industry.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers from prospective clients.

- Secure new business deals by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and demonstrating the value of Preferred Medical's services.

- Engage with potential clients by customizing your communications and presentations to emphasize Preferred Medical's unique value proposition, showcasing our solutions in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Ancillary Services, and medical cost containment.

- Navigate objections and challenges with responsive follow-ups and tailored information, effectively managing the sales pipeline to advance opportunities.

- Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through to service delivery and support.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue and profit goals.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes that may impact our clients and business.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Workers’ Compensation claims processing solutions.

- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, showcasing your ability to close complex solution sales.

- Superior communication skills and the aptitude for building strong relationships with clients and prospects.

- Strategic insight to effectively manage complex sales cycles and negotiate with senior-level executives.

- An entrepreneurial spirit, matched with a deep interest in healthcare and technology-driven solutions.

- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

This role is a permanent work-from-home position. Basic requirements include minimum internet connection speed of 10m x 10m with a wired connection available, and a dedicated secure home workspace with a locked door that can be used as a home office to ensure you have absolute and continuous privacy while you work. Candidates must have accessibility to wired high-speed internet or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role).
