Responsibilities:
- Make professional, courteous, and timely calls or emails to customers
- Review claim files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Processing all paperwork related to the claims
- Maintain records of all claims
- Have knowledge of procedures in the claims and policy administration areas
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A top-line sales focus
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to manage dozens of accounts at a time
- Outstanding phone etiquette and active listening skills
