Canopy Roofing is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. The Customer Success Representatives are responsible for managing customer accounts and providing exceptional service to homeowners in the Metro Atlanta area. You'll help homeowners with their roofing needs like providing estimates for repair, assisting them through the insurance process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Individuals we hire receive training on roofing basics and insurance process in order to represent and assist homeowners through their projects. Prior experience is not necessary, but is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Make professional, courteous, and timely calls or emails to customers
• Review claim files to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Processing all paperwork related to the claims
• Maintain records of all claims
• Have knowledge of procedures in the claims and policy administration areas
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A top-line sales focus
• Proficient in data entry and computer systems
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to manage dozens of accounts at a time
• Outstanding phone etiquette and active listening skills
