At Acom, our Sales Data Coordinator is a key contributor to our company's sales operations, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. By managing lead sources and maintaining sales materials, this individual is central to optimizing our sales strategies and facilitating the achievement of sales targets. This role requires collaboration with various departments to support a unified approach to sales.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and distribution of leads generation platforms, and assigning leads to the sales team, ensuring a balanced workload and optimal lead conversion.
- Maintain and update sales lead dashboards, keeping them accurate and up-to-date for effective decision-making.
- Generate and provide regular reports to managers, detailing lead performance and key metrics.
- Analyze lead data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Make informed recommendations on initiatives to enhance lead generation strategies and provide alternative methods to generate leads.
- Maintain a stock of sales presentation materials, such as slides and brochures, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily available.
- Analyze customer shopping patterns and data to refine sales approaches and identify high-potential prospects.
- Track the sales team's performance against quotas and goals, providing reports to management.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to streamline sales processes and capitalize on cross-functional expertise.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with data entry, CRMs, and sales dashboards would be highly beneficial, but not required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights.
- Proficient in learning new software and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
