About the Role
Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for the commercial construction industry? We're seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strategic relationships in the Orlando market. This critical role offers the opportunity to influence the company's trajectory while working closely with top-tier clients and a dedicated team committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key commercial contractors, architects, and stakeholders, including major firms like Turner, Brassfield & Gorrie, Hensel Phelps, Barton Malow, and PCL.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to target new business opportunities within the commercial construction space.
- Sales & Operations Balance: Combine sales initiatives with operational oversight to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Engage in extensive face-to-face interactions to foster long-term client relationships.
- Travel: Regular travel throughout Florida (primarily Orlando/Tampa), with occasional trips to Miami and Atlanta as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Strong background in commercial construction with a robust network in the Orlando market. Residential experience is acceptable but not preferred.
- Skill Set: A blend of operational/project management skills and sales expertise.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, driven, and adept at building lasting client relationships.
- Availability: Willingness to travel and meet customers in person at least four days per week.
- Location: Preferably based in Orlando, but open to candidates willing to relocate within Florida or the Southeast region.

Pay: $71,214.00 - $102,000.00 per year
