Position Overview: As a Business Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach within the community. Leveraging your expertise in senior care, you will identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
·*_ Strategic Growth:*_ Develop and execute a business development strategy, prioritizing and targeting key referral sources like rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, physician practices, and more. Differentiate our approach to establish a leading edge in the market.
· Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral providers, leveraging a CRM system to track interactions and ensure proactive engagement.
· Marketing Mastery: Plan and execute impactful marketing events to generate qualified leads and elevate Hallmark Homecare’s brand presence in the community.
· Professional Representation: Uphold the company’s reputation with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Key Performance Indicators:
· Identify and onboard new referral sources effectively.
· Conduct frequent in-person meetings with key referral partners to foster collaboration.
· Generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads that drive company revenue.
· Earn positive feedback and endorsements from referral sources, affirming Hallmark Homecare’s reputation as a preferred provider.
Requirements:
· Experience:Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales, growth targets. Senior care and/or post-acute care experience is preferred but not required.
· Expertise: Demonstrated ability to strategize, implement, and refine successful sales and marketing initiatives. Consultative sales training a plus.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare industry experience advantageous but not required.
· Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
· Independence and Team Spirit: Ability to work autonomously while fostering strong team connectivity and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: On-target first-year earnings range ($110,000- $150,000) per year
Location: Brandon, Riverview and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus opportunities
Work Location: Ability to travel within assigned territory and sales meetings as required
