Our client base spans various sectors, including military and government, automotive, medical, craft beer, winery and spirits, cosmetics and beauty, chemical, food and beverage services, durable goods, and manufacturing industries.
Job Description:
You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by prospecting and generating leads within various industries, understanding client needs, recommending personalized label and packaging solutions, and managing the entire sales process.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative at NCP, you’ll be a key player in driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships. Here’s what your role entails:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients within our target industries. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
2. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and pain points. Recommend personalized label and packaging solutions that align with their brand and business objectives. Collaborate with our creative-minded team to develop customized designs.
3. Sales Process Management: Handle the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes.
4. Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Upsell additional products and services as appropriate.
5. Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our printing technology, label materials, and production capabilities. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and innovations.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with our production team to ensure seamless execution of orders. Liaise with other departments, such as design and logistics, to meet client requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in marketing, business, or a related field.
Sales Experience: Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in the printing industry.
Print Production Knowledge: Familiarity with print production processes and graphic design.
CRM Skills: Ability to use CRM software effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities.
Self-Motivated: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
