With over 50 years of excellence in HVAC Sales & Design, Duct Fabrication & Installation, HVAC Service & Repair, and Piping & Controls Installation, this company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions. About the Role:
The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving new business for the HVAC service and special projects team. This position is perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and closing deals.
Key Deliverables:
- Develop and nurture strategic, long-term relationships with high-volume customers to support growth and meet company objectives.
- Generate new business and achieve revenue goals through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Act as a true hunter in identifying opportunities and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customers’ needs, their market position, and the competitive landscape.
- Manage RFP proposals to ensure successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
- Provide excellent customer service, managing communication and feedback for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to expand the network and discover new opportunities.
- Monitor market trends to stay ahead of customer needs and identify new prospects.
- Follow up on RFPs and project bids to secure contracts and maintain strong client connections.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in mechanical projects, with a focus on direct-to-owner sales.
- Proven ability to deliver results and maintain an established book of business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and strong presentation skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $70K–$100K (DOE) with an uncapped, performance-based commission structure.
