We are looking for an experienced sales rep along the Wasatch Front to join our highly motivated and growing team. The outside sales rep will sell ADU products to current and new clientele. The ADUs are built on customers property, and as our business grows, we are expanding our search for people with sales skillsets to match. This means you know how to close the deal, are goal orientated/money motivated, and have at least three years of experience in sales and/or real estate, and construction.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provides a positive atmosphere by being professional, courteous, and cheerful.
  • Maintains a professional and technical knowledge by attending training workshops held by management.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services meet those needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
  • Attends sale appointments and writes up estimates to close out jobs.
  • Keeps management informed of any updates relating to existing accounts, orders, and new accounts.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Able to understand the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high paced and at times tense environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education/Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or real estate, and construction.
  • General knowledge of construction practices.
  • Bachelors degree preferred, but absolutely not necessary.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Must be able to travel

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: 100k - 250k (this is commission based, so it could be higher or lower based on your ability)

Schedule: Monday - Friday with occasional weekend availability

License/Certifications: Current UT Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 per year
