We are seeking In-Home Sales Representatives to close pre-set, pre-qualified interior and exterior home painting leads.

YOUR ROLE

Duties & Responsibilities:

Make Genuine Connections with Clients

Deliver Sales Presentations and Accurate Proposals on the Spot

Know and own the Roll Call Sales Methodology

Close Sales in a Natural, No Pressure Way

Provide Top Notch Customer Service

Promote Roll Call Painting on Company Social Media

Qualifications:

Valid US Driver’s License

Clean Driving Record

Reliable Self Transportation

Be able to consistently travel to/within 30 miles of Wichita, KS 67218

NO DEGREE REQUIRED!

Skills:

Written and Verbal Communication

Tech Savvy - Able to use Computers, Ipads, and Cell Phones

Basic Math and Problem Solving Skills

Ability to:- lift up to 50 LBS, Climb a Ladder, and Be on Feet for Long Periods of Time

POSITION DETAILS

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (In Person = Job Sites + Remote = Your Home is Your Office)

Salary: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule: Flexible, Full Time, Weekends as Needed

Note: This is a full time, hybrid position in Wichita, KS 67218. Daily travel within the area to and from job sites (< 30 miles) will be required. Employees are required to use their personal vehicle with mileage and fuel stipend for the time being, we plan to offer company vehicles for use in the future.
