Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers about our products, services, and promotions to effectively demonstrate value and benefits.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and probing questions.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, update customer information, and track sales activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle customer objections and concerns with diplomacy and professionalism, striving for win-win resolutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share best practices with team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inbound sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to articulate product features and benefits.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
