Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries and converting leads into satisfied customers. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating product benefits, addressing customer concerns, and closing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Educate customers about our products, services, and promotions to effectively demonstrate value and benefits.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and probing questions.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, update customer information, and track sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns with diplomacy and professionalism, striving for win-win resolutions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share best practices with team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inbound sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to articulate product features and benefits.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
