About the Role:
As a Commercial & Customer Success Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the VP of The Collective in various sales processes and customer success activities. Your responsibilities will include financial and contract analysis, Salesforce data management, pricing strategy development, and maintaining accurate financial forecasts. You will collaborate closely with the leadership and sales teams to optimize sales processes and drive growth through effective CRM management.
You're Good At:
- Collaborating with senior leadership teams
- Developing pricing strategies based on data analysis
- Maintaining accurate financial forecasts and pipeline activity outlooks
- Designing and administering contracts and agreements
- Providing relevant reporting and analysis for strategic decision-making
- Managing Salesforce data and ensuring clean and accurate reporting
- Coordinating multiple resources and working well under pressure
You Might Also Have:
- Experience in developing and maintaining SOPs for sales processes
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Exceptional business writing and proofreading skills

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Commercial & Customer Success Coordinator is between $55,000 - $65,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
