Position Overview:
As a Correspondent Account Executive, your role is to cultivate and manage key partnerships with correspondent lenders, delivering customized solutions and maximizing loan origination volume. Your expertise and relationship-building skills will be central to our mission of fostering lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with correspondent partners to drive loan production and achieve volume targets.
- Educate partners on Oaktree’s competitive product offerings, delivery models, and support resources.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting and operations to ensure efficient loan processing, seamless partner experiences, and quick issue resolution.
- Conduct market research and provide competitor insights to management, contributing to continuous product and process improvements.
- Represent Oaktree’s brand values of reliability, service excellence, and ethical integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Professionalism and Commitment: Driven to exceed sales goals while building trust-based relationships with clients.
- Experience and Knowledge: At least three years in correspondent lending or a similar mortgage-related field, with a proven track record of account development and loan production.
- Product Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of correspondent loan products, lending guidelines, and Non-QM (Qualified Mortgage) solutions.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to clients and solve problems efficiently.
