Position Overview:
Upkid is seeking a friendly, energetic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be crucial in expanding our client base by establishing and nurturing relationships with daycare centers and early childhood education programs in and around Atlanta. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the childcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads
- Research and qualify daycare centers and early childhood education programs throughout Florida.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry events.
- Build and Maintain Relationships
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at daycare centers.
- Conduct in-person visits to centers and present Upkid's services and value proposition.
- Understand Client Needs:
- Collaborate with potential clients to understand their staffing needs and challenges.
- Tailor Upkid's solutions to meet the unique requirements of each daycare center.
- Demonstrate and Register:
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Upkid's on-demand staffing platform.
- Address questions and concerns, providing accurate and detailed information.
- Help centers get registered for Upkid and post their first shift.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:
- Liaise with the Customer Success Manager to ensure a smooth handover of new centers.
- Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress.
- Document activity and deals in the CRM.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of the childcare industry, daycare operations, and early childhood education programs.
- Excellent people, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
