Performance Factors
- Present Creating Measurable Results to prospective clients.
- Execute contract and supporting documents.
- Colloborate with management to generate leads.
Client Servicing
- Work with the client to determine the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), i.e. "measurables."
- Coach clients for effective implementation and roll-out.
- Follow-up with the client on a regular basis to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
- Report company performance/measurables to management.
Work Experience/Traits:
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven
- Working knowledge of training and development
- Working knowledge of business structures and performance indicators
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Training and experience in sales is required
