Job Description:
As a Manufacturing Sales Representative at TGS Precision, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for promoting our company's services, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while adhering to company values and policies. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
- Make “cold calls” as required in representative specific territory.
- Manage lead follow up
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing sales or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical service specifications and convey them to clients effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to travel
