Sales Manager
Duties: Must have pre-existing background in this field.
Candidate Must be familiar with the Landscape industry, and aggressive in adding new properties to our portfolio. Focal areas of Business are H.O.A.s', Multi-Family Housing(apartments) Commercial businesses, warehouses, strip malls, Medical plazas, etc.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
- Cold call on property management companies for new opportunities. Lead and conduct meet & greet luncheons with new prospective clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
