Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Associate

Hourly Rate: $23/hr.

Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and customer focused Inside Sales Representative Associate to join our team in Ajax. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in health and safety product sales or administrative support. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience while supporting various administrative tasks and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Manage order entry, invoicing, and customer returns efficiently.
Customer Engagement: Provide quotes, handle inbound and outbound calls, and offer exceptional customer service at the counter.
Sales & Support: Assist with AR duties, general office administration, and sales-related inquiries.
Inventory & Showroom Management: Conduct inventory counts, replenish showroom stock, and pick orders as required.
Specialized Services: Perform fit testing for customers and conduct fall equipment inspections.
Training Coordination: Organize and support training initiatives for customers and team members.
Additional Tasks: Handle any other office duties as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

Previous experience in health and safety product sales is an asset.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service and sales support.
Must pass a criminal record check.
