Business Development Representative- Digital Media
AdDaptive Intelligence is in search of a new member to join the sales team. The ideal candidate must be a skilled “hunter” with a solid foundation in driving new business revenue through cold outreach strategies.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding market reach. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of AdDaptive’s digital media solutions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of digital media trends, and the ability to formulate strategies to meet client needs.
This role offers a path to a successful career in digital advertising sales with uncapped earning potential. You will work alongside a team of knowledgeable sales professionals and report to one of our National Director of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build a qualified pipeline of opportunities through cold outreach tactics including emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn messages.
- Apply a thorough understanding of business practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to overcome objections, close accounts and achieve your revenue goal.
- Work closely with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to build relationships while growing and renewing accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company CRM.
Requirements:
- Proactive, self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress
- Analytical thinker: ability to solve problems using data and marketing performance.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to provide world-class, professional client service and support.

- A high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Goal-driven and competitive
- Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
- Attention to detail; organized and metric-driven
- 0-2 years of relevant BDR/sales experience
