Seeley International Americas, a Global Leader in HVAC Innovation Seeley International, a renowned global manufacturer of innovative HVAC solutions, seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager- Commercial Sales to spearhead our growth in the US market.

Primary Objective:
To drive the rapid expansion of Seeley's commercial sales operations in the US by developing and managing a strong network of manufacturers sales representatives (Reps), contractors, and end-users. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the HVAC industry and a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for Seeley's commercial products.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of business development managers and sales engineers.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key Reps, contractors, and end-users.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including project identification and qualification.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent Seeley at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and generate new business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field in addition MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial sales within the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the HVAC industry and its key players.
Working Conditions:
- Remote: So California
- Travel: Regular domestic and potential international travel is expected.
