Senior BA

Our Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work towards streamlining and automating applications while also developing service deliverable enhancements for in-house web solutions and other multi department initiatives.

This position will follow a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of on-site and remote work. The successful candidate will be expected to be on-site, on average, a minimum of two (2) days per week. Must be Canadian citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times during regular business hours (PST).

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst

• Public sector experience

• Able to create process workflow diagrams

• Experience providing Business Analysis services on multiple concurrent projects & initiatives

• Experience developing and executing User Acceptance Testing

• Experience with Microsoft M365 (OneDrive, Outlook Cloud, SharePoint, PowerBI Teams)

• Experiencing hosting and facilitating information gathering sessions

• Experience developing communication plans through multiple different mediums

• Experience with distributed cloud initiatives: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
