Dental Division Sales Lead

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated salesperson and leader. They are a hunter who enjoys prospecting, consulting, and matching prospects to the right product to help them grow their business through online marketing. This person will become the resident industry expert, train and grow a team, while still engaging in the full sales cycle and maintaining front line sales. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator in both verbal and written communication, a quick connector, and a self motivated achiever. In this role they will prospect leads, professionally reach out by phone and email, book appointments for consultations, conduct online demos, and negotiate pricing proposals. We offer an optional hybrid schedule so it is extremely important this person is self motivated, organized, reliable, and comfortable with technology. This candidate will have experience with internet marketing and B2B sales.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years relevant industry sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use or learn multiple online platforms: Google Drive, Google hangouts, Gong, Salesforce, basic excel and word processing.
- Experience or strong interest in internet marketing, advertising, SEO, SaaS
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record of selling software-as-a-service into strategic / enterprise accounts, ideally in medical vertical
- Demonstrated creative prospecting, discovery, demo, objection handling, planning, and closing skills
- Provide a consultative approach to prospective and existing customers to help them choose an online marketing strategy that fits their business goals.
- Ability to conduct a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- High standards of character and work ethic.
- Experience or strong interest in internet marketing, advertising, SEO, SaaS
- Competitive spirit and a clear drive for results
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Experience in Dental industry strongly preferred
