Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Internet Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales and providing exceptional customer service to potential buyers. Candidates will need a dedicated professional space and seamless internet connectivity for this role. Candidates must reside in Billings MT, or close surrounding areas. Duties:

- Manage and respond to online inquiries and leads promptly

- Provide accurate product information and pricing to potential customers

- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and answer any questions or concerns

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience

- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

- Assist with inventory control by updating online listings and availability

- Support sales management in achieving monthly sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in telecom, internet, cable TV, and cellular.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat platforms

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload

- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Hubspot is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Multilingual skills are highly desirable
