Position Summary: This vital role is divided into two key areas: Pre-sales Support and Aftermarket Support. This position is essential for ensuring our customers receive comprehensive support throughout their journey with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Technical Support and Purchase Order Execution

  • Provide expert technical consultations to potential customers, addressing their specific needs and concerns, and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Support both standard and non-standard designs for pre-sales.
  • Create and provide Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and other supporting drawings and AC/DC sheets for the manufacturing process.

Site Commissioning and Installation Support

  • Assist and manage the team responsible for on-site commissioning and installation of our products.
  • Ensure installations are completed efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with company standards.
  • Sales Operation, Marketing, and Project Management Team Assistance (Assist)
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project management teams to develop selling and project management tools, leveraging engineering expertise.
  • Design and implement training programs for the internal sales team and potential customers, focusing on our product and solution capabilities.
  • Lead design reviews, assist in project execution, and foster process improvements and customer relationships.
  • Support the project management team in refining the Purchase Order execution process with the factory, including planning and coordinating site commissioning and installation to ensure readiness and seamless execution aligned with sales objectives.

Aftermarket Support:

Warranty Management and Operational

  • Direct warranty management and operational troubleshooting processes, ensuring post-sale customer satisfaction and product reliability.

Maintenance and Repair Oversight

  • Develop and supervise maintenance and repair procedures, upholding high service standards and minimizing downtime.

Customer Success Management - Post Sale Customer Training and Support (Assist)

  • Assist the project management team with advanced training for customers, ensuring they are equipped to use and maintain the product effectively.

Data Analysis Support (Assist)

  • Support the R&D team by providing and analyzing data retrieved from aftermarket operations.

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical support, preferably in the energy storage industry.
  • Strong technical consultation skills with the ability to address customer needs and tailor solutions.
  • Experience leading site commissioning and installation teams.
  • Proficiency in creating technical drawings and simulation, AUTOCAD, Solidworks is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, marketing, and project management teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage warranty and maintenance processes.
  • Data analysis skills are a plus.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $48,500.00-$56,000.00 per year
