The Inside Sales Agent is an individual who thrives on goal setting and achieving, taking risks, challenges while maintaining a positive attitude, good communication skills and an extensive reach within the community. In addition, the demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitude and habits of a high-achieving sales person who is committed to time blocking, putting clients first, maintaining the values of PowerWomen and seeking win-win agreements. The Inside Sales Agent prospects for members and sponsorships daily, closes leads to appointments, closes appointments to agreements and then provides a high level of customer service throughout the duration of the client relationship. They will market opportunities in tandem with Claire to launch marketing campaigns. They will negotiate, write contracts and oversee the deal through its close.
The Inside Sales Agent also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses and practicing conversations. They are committed to investing in team members and regularly provide them with learning and growth opportunities as well.
What will you do?
· Prospect for newsletter, podcast, event and website sponsorships
· Prospect for memberships for Little Rock PowerWomen
· Organize and set up mastermind circles
· Effectively negotiate all contracts
· Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the transaction from initial contact through contract to close.
· Responsible for identifying, contacting and obtaining appointments with potential sponsors and members, as well as maintaining consistent follow-up until the prospect decides not to participate.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $1.00 - $250,000.00 per year
