**Responsibilities:**

- Actively engage homeowners door-to-door, identifying and closing new sales opportunities, especially post-storm.

- Efficiently manage your own territory and travel to new markets as storm events occur.

- Meet or exceed performance metrics set for activity and results.

- Explain and review work contracts and scopes with homeowners.

- Generate referrals from satisfied customers.

- Adhere to Rhino’s Sales System and uphold all company policies and procedures.

- Collaborate effectively with team members and participate in regular sales meetings.

- Conduct thorough property inspections and recommend solutions based on storm damage.

- Maintain ongoing communication with Sales Leadership and Office Staff, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to meet personal and professional goals.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in high-demand environments like post-storm scenarios.

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to storm-affected areas.

- Independent, self-motivated professional capable of managing diverse tasks.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Familiarity with Residential Home Improvement (Roofing, Siding, Gutters) is preferred.

- Experience following a structured sales process is advantageous.
