Customer Success Representative

NexTrust, Inc., a leading provider of Billing & Payment solutions for Healthcare and Utility Billers, has an immediate for a full-time Customer Success Representative.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and team player with a proven ability to go beyond traditional technical support to discover ways that customers can use BillFlash products to improve the financial health of their business.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering Tier 1 technical support via phone and email.
  • Conducting high-level business reviews to identify process improvement opportunities that can be filled by BillFlash products. This includes both training customers and upselling new products depending on the customer need.
  • Testing and documenting development projects.
  • Writing business requirements for development.
  • Documenting and managing various ongoing projects.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes with automated solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong verbal and written communication, technical and analytical skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of business issues and processes as well as IT resources and enabling technologies.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, drives progress, and develops key relationships.
  • Must be able to learn beyond provided training through self-education and product exploration.
  • High level of aptitude for order and organization.
  • A positive attitude matched with perseverance to achieve desired results.
  • Attention to detail and a drive for customer success are a must.
  • Flexible, Results Driven, Team Player.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong Project Execution Skills
  • Business Reporting Knowledge
  • Strong command of various business tools, applications, and formats including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/task/assignments of various complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently on strategic issues with various parties, capable of managing fairly complex projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field(s)
  • 2+ Years Work Experience in Software Industries

DETAILS ON THE POSITION

  • Location: Lindon, UT
  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Hours: Approx. 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday only.
  • Travel: Less than 5%

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

NexTrust offers competitive compensation, excellent health and dental insurance, paid holidays, vacation and 401k opportunities in a challenging and growing small business.

Compensation is negotiable upon experience and demonstrated ability to contribute to business results within the expected pay range of $17-$22/hr.

Sign-on Bonus Details: $250 paid on first paycheck. $250 paid on paycheck after 90 days of employment.
