Bay Area solar leader and SunPower Master Dealer, Solar Technologies, is seeking to hire an energetic, motivated sales professional to drive business in the San Francisco Bay Area. Started in Santa Cruz in 1998, and headquartered in San Ramon, Solar Technologies has installed over 6,000 solar electric systems for Residential and Commercial clients all over the Bay Area. We’ve succeeded in one of the country’s most competitive solar markets by providing our clients with high quality products, installation best practices, and white glove service. As an early adopter of battery storage in northern California, and Premier Certified Installer of Tesla, we are seeing a growing interest with our expertise installing NEM 3.0 systems and looking to add experienced, reliable and honest Sales Consultants to our team!!
Responsibilities:
- Sale of Residential Solar and Battery Systems
- Follow up with and qualify all assigned leads
- Prepare and generate proposals based on customer site conditions and electrical usage
- Present to customer their options in equipment and financing (Zoom and in-person)
- Maintain effective follow up and utilize company CRM
- Complete contract documents and hand-off materials for sold jobs
- Represent Solar Technologies as a solar expert and provide white glove service and support
Experience:
- Business to Consumer sales experience preferred but not required
- Experienced and comfortable prospecting and building relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance
- Construction knowledge or ability to learn a technical product
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle (we provide mileage reimbursement)
- Must be located in the greater San Francisco Bay Area

Pay: $95,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
